The Man Who Loved Women (superglue scene)
This clip was originally dubbed in Russian, so… I redid the audio with some help from Elvis. Burt is having an affair with Kim when her hubby arrives home early with a pesky gift (the dog). Suddenly Burt finds himself in a sticky situation, funniest part of the whole movie.

Which Burt Reynolds movie has a scene with a girl being held upside down by her ankle from the roof of a bldg?
I remember the girl was wearing a sundress, and she was rather ditzy. It might have been the Smokey and the Bandit movies but I watched them and didn’t find the scene. I also tried the Cannonball Run movies. Any Burt Reynolds fans here that would know? It was a burly guy holding her as some kind of hostage and I think he was standing on the roof of a saloon while holding her over the edge by her ankles.
Hmm.. maybe it wasn’t Burt Reynolds after all. I was very young when I saw it, so maybe I’m mistaken.
Ok, I added Semi-Tough, The End, Sharkey’s Machine, North Dallas Forty, and Hooper to the top of my rental queue. Who ever is right gets the best answer! I should know in a week or so.

Farrah Fawcett in “Somebody Killed Her Husband” with Jeff Bridges in scene from the film
Just after leaving “Charlie’s Angels” in 1977, Farrah Fawcett-Majors began filming what would be her feature starring debut in the 1978 romantic/comedy/mystery “Somebody Killed Her Husband”, co starring Jeff Bridges. She proved her worth as a big screen actress, but strangely, the film failed at the box office. She went on to star in “Sunburn” and “Saturn 3″, but all three films failed to make her a big screen star. Next, she appeared in a small role opposite Burt Reynolds and the late Dom Deluise in the big hit, “The Cannonball Run” . Several years later, she won accolades for her performances in the televison films “Murder in Texas”, and “The Burning Bed”. She then returned to the big screen in “Extremities”, and though that film also did not set box office records, she was finally respected for her work as a serious actress.
