This is the closing logos for Evening Shade (1990-1994). The logos are as follows: *Mozark Productions (producers of Designing Women) *Burt Reynolds Productions (the star of the show) *MTM Enterprises Inc. Please note that the Mozark Productions part gets cut off early. I also learned from a user that this clip originally started with the 1989 CBS Entertainment Productions logo, but it was cut off at the beginning.
It’s bizarre to think a second-string ITV company of the time brought them. Mind you, it is what killed TVS off.

Do you have the Evening Shade opening credits? I’ve looked for a copy online for years and still can’t find one…that just amazes me.

mozark logo gives me the goose bumps the sound gives me goose bumps and chills whin the film coms out of the clouds …
The Burt Reynolds logo sounds like “Dueling Banjos” from the movie Deliverance.
I believe that MTM logo was only used on the second season (1991-1992). For the first season, it would have used the 1990 MTM logo (with a smaller “ENTERPRISES, INC.” and the TVS Entertainment byline), while for the final two seasons, it would have used the 1992 MTM logo (with the orange letters and IFE byline).

MGM Television & 20th Cenutry Fox Television should now be the distribture to Evening Shade, after the MTM Logo.
