This film was boring, the characters were uninteresting, the ending was contrived. No way Jacks character gets together with Hunts character. I can think of 10 better love stories and dozens of more interesting characters. Lame. Nice to see other people below who know crap when they see it. It did mine when I first saw it. I'm so used to the hollywood ending, and this was somewhere in the middle. Does he end up with Helen Hunt? We're reading too much into it.
